Hi, I'm Katherine - 35 years young, Director of We Are Social Nation, and proudly obsessed with all things influencer, creativity, and community.

I studied International Business Management with Marketing, and I’ve spent over a decade in Influencer Marketing and talent management - back when monetising social media was still considered “new and niche.” Since then, I’ve helped shape the space, worked on major global campaigns, launched e-commerce brands that reached international scale, and built a network so deep that there’s almost no door I can’t open.

Creating a bespoke, boutique talent agency has always been the dream. I wanted a place where talent feels genuinely understood and supported, and where brands receive strategic, high-touch partnership - the kind that turns projects into long-term wins. Our clients and partners really do become like family.
Beyond the agency world, you’ll find me chasing sunshine, hopping on flights whenever I can, sipping wine with friends and family, or dancing to live music. Travel is my love language, and I’m constantly encouraging our creators to see more of the world - we even help make it happen.

Hey I’m Shannon!
​
I am the Senior Talent and Marketing Manager here at We Are Social Nation.
​
My background is in television, where I worked as a Production Manager, and over the years, I've developed a diverse skill set that spans across strategy, organisation, relationship-building, and creative collaboration.
One of my favourite things about my role is coming up with creative concepts and thinking outside the box to really elevate the work we do with brands.
I’m passionate about creating strong, lasting relationships with both brands and talent, always aiming to bring out the best in every partnership. When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me enjoying an Aperol Spritz, on a hike or enjoying a new bar and restwith my friends.

Robyn

Hey, I am Robyn!
After graduating with a degree in International Business, I found my way into the world of influencer marketing and joined We Are Social Nation as a Sales and Marketing Executive.
​
Before this, I worked in healthcare, but I always knew my real passion was creativity, branding, and connecting people through authentic collaborations.
My role involves managing our amazing roster of talent and matching them with brands that align perfectly with their personality and audience. I love building genuine relationships with brands I’ve grown up loving and I love being a part of exciting launches and events along the way.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me in the gym, eating my way around new restaurants, or screaming my head off at the Liverpool FC games.​

Hi, I’m Lauren!
I started out as an events manager where I ran and managed weddings and events - and then ended up in brand marketing and content creation as I knew I wanted to do something more creative and technical.
I had always been on the brands side of campaigns and deals but I knew my true passion lay with the amazing creators who generate and work on the content.
I’ve always been good at coming up with content ideas so being able to offer suggestions and ideas to clients and support them in shaping their work is something I genuinely enjoy.
I love building relationships within the industry because I believe a strong community is everything. Seeing both brands and creators thrive is what motivates me - and if I can help make those connections happen, I’m happy!
When I’m not working I’m either in another country (I love a holiday!!!), going for coffee with my friends, working at my content studio or trying new food spots!

I have worked at Social Nation since the beginning of the journey 6 years ago. I have worked on huge campaigns and built amazing relationships with some of the biggest brands worldwide! At Social Nation we have a passion for helping others and we are open to any opportunity that is thrown at us. From working on charity campaigns, start up boutiques and worldwide brands we can always find an influencer who would work for you.

I love attending events, socialising, going for fresh walks, driving adventures, chocolate, cups of tea and I listen to music 95% of the time! I am a huge cat person too (sorry!).
